Jannas Journey has struggled a bit this season following her brilliant time last year. She finally got back to winning ways at Carlisle at the start of July, although she could only finish fourth at Hamilton last time. She faces a field of mostly out-of-form horses here and can bounce back under a jockey she has built up a great rapport with.

Military Leader has been in fine form this year, from five starts, he won first two runs, then placed 3rd-2nd-2nd in next three runs, his rating has increased but another good run looks forthcoming.

Little drift this morning a slight concern but still tricky to completely rule out COUNT PALATINE here. If you forgive the last time out trip in a big field, he still looks well handicapped based on the showing at Carlisle the run before last. A pound lighter in the weights here and could stick around at a tasty price.
