  Ralph Beckett's Sing Us a Song had some issues at the stall in 2025 but has plenty of ability. He returned to action at Epsom last time, finishing third. He raced like a horse just in need of the run, so improvement can be expected here. The yard has really started to fire lately, and they can claim this tough and valuable handicap.

  I'm generally not that keen on these low-grade, long-distance staying handicap hurdles, as they generally attract a fair few who have little ability and little hope of winning races. Suspected, however, ran well here over three miles last time, looking like even further would be fine. He is still young enough to improve a bit yet, and this race will probably take very little winning.

  Viviana made quite a promising debut at Redcar last time, and can progress from that. She looked like a step up to seven furlongs would suit, but I think she will be sharper after that first run, so this six furlongs might be the answer for now.
