Weveallbeencaught can go well in this competitive handicap. He is trained by local trainer Eric McNamara, who won the race last year with a similar type. He was very consistent when trained in England by the Twiston-Davies team and had a nice prep for this when 4th over a trip that was too short last time.

One of those who just keeps improving quietly. Stays well, travels kindly, and jumps for fun. Honest type you'd love to own ??' won't be far away when it counts.

A useful chaser who achieved a recent victory at Wexford in August. However, he was yet to be urged for effort when he fell during the Kerry National at Listowel just 25 days ago. This marks the 2nd occasion he has failed to finish in 5 chases, indicating some risk. But considering Willie Mullins boasts an impressive record here at Limerick, and odds of 15/2 and 5 places available, it would be a mistake not to seriously consider an each-way bet on a Mullins horse.

Talk In The Park ran well when narrowly beaten 3 lengths off 126 over 2m6f at Listowel last time. Previously showed lots of promise with 16 runs, 12.5% win and 25% place strike rates on similar going. Effective at 2m6f and may stay 3m. He is in form and looks a strong each-way chance over fences.

Based on the 2 handicap hurdle runs at 3m around Bellewstown, this horse at the right end of weights with the addition of cheekpieces should improve a ton for this step up in trip over fences. The win at Galway was decent with the 4th, Sea Music, finishing 5th in the Kerry National.

Bottom weight on the upgrade, could bounce in this grade but looks worth a chance that he doesn’t. He’s got some decent efforts in the book at this sort of trip, and not many either, so he’s unexposed. His dam is a half-sister to On The Fringe, so he could well be one for further as well, and he has placed over further. Going for a trainer in cracking form, he’s the pick of Mark Walsh.

Plenty of big yards and big guns in this race, which is to be expected. Whilst Gordon Elliott's BOSTON ROVER is the yard's big hope here, it's his lightest charge in the race - his 8-year-old gelding WILL DO that has me interested. This son of WALK IN THE PARK probably won't be scribbled down on too many bet slips tomorrow. After all, he's still yet to shed his maiden tag over fences, BUT he has hit the frame 5/8 times (62.50% place strike rate) with 2 of those in BIG races: a 2nd 2½ lengths off the winner at Punchestown (27f Soft) in February, then 3rd at Cheltenham (30f Good to soft) behind HAITI COULEURS and now drops 1lb for that. Jockey Danny Gilligan is a very capable pilot and has a 31.25% place strike rate here the past 5 years. There is lots to like here. We've got big race experience, low in the weights, ground versatile (with overnight rain expected), proven stamina, runs well fresh, drops weight, and of course, the all-important 18/1 current odds certainly help. This yard knows how to win this contest. I'll take a chance each way.

When this horse gets around on a going day, it's a dangerous horse. JP MC always has at least one horse that runs well out of numerous entries in these big handicaps, and I think Nara will be just this horse today.

Nibbled at in the betting on his debut for this yard in the Kerry National, in front of a few of these. This could suit him better given that six of his seven wins under rules have come going right-handed as he is here, his sole win the other way as in the Kerry National coming when odds of 1/7.

Arctic Fly is the choice of Paul Townsend after getting hampered in the Kerry National and was then pulled up. Can make amends here.

Had been out of form for his previous trainer. Jumping had become an issue, but on his first start for this yard back in June, there were signs of a revival when 5th over a trip short of today's. The longer trip could help with his jumping, and if it does, he can creep into contention late on and reward each-way support.
