Won this race last year from 4lbs lower and is just 1lb higher than the winning mark first time out this season. Had a couple of recent efforts on soft ground, which he tends to prefer, to put him spot on for this. Will be fresher than most.

Has a strong level of form and, based on pedigree, should appreciate the extra furlong here. Split Arabie and Simmering here on debut, which looks really strong form now. The win LTO beating Intrusively has been franked with that horse rated 100+ and was 5th in the big 2-year-old race at Doncaster recently behind Hallasan.

This Doyen gelding surely has room for more improvement on just his 3rd start after winning here last time out with ease. A mark of 105 looks very workable, and he is receiving lumps of weight from the Mullins horse.

Stable horses always improve for a fence, and this horse bolted up here last season in a novice hurdle, beating a 110-rated horse by 18 lengths. Last time out, the win at Bangor beating Grand Albert also looks like tidy form, and this mark of 122 looks very workable on handicap debut. Has point-to-point experience.
