GLENS SENSATION could be interesting starting out life in handicap company from a lowly mark. He may have previously had his issues low-mileage for his age , but may have been prepared for his debut in this sphere to land some bets and the post-time market could tell us more.

Younowhatimean is an 8-year-old gelding trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy and owned by Sean Maguire, a combination that has been working together since approximately 1998. Sean Maguire has had 15 winners since 1998, most of them associated with Eoin Christopher McCarthy. Together, they have had two runners at Bellewstown over jumps: Ollie La Ba Ba in 2023, who finished 5/11 at 22-1 and has won elsewhere since, and Ma Hoey in 2024, finishing 1/16, winning at 40-1. Younowhatimean has been mixing chasing with hurdling of late and has disappointed the last two times UR-PU, but previously posted a career-high RPR of 95, finishing 5/11 under G B Noonan (no claim) at Musselburgh off a handicap mark of 100. Runs today off 84 with Calum Hogan taking off 4lb, so looks well handicapped on some past recent form. Given the backstory, Younowhatimean and connections could potentially have laid out this gelding for a punt on course near post time.

Jaadil is an interesting runner here who could make the places. Badly hampered last time out and this step up in trip will suit. One to watch.
