This stage is 171.3 km long, with most of it being on rolling flat before finish up the Mount Ventoux, which is 15.7 km long at an 8.8% average gradient, so it should be one for the best climbers. Pogacar is clearly and deservedly the overwhelming favorite, given how much better than everyone he is at the moment, so it should be just a question of whether he wants it. With most of the stage being flat, it will be harder for natural climbers to get in the break, and the flat terrain will also help UAE Team Emirates control it easier once it establishes. With this stage coming after a rest day on the historical Mount Ventoux every big GC rider dreams of winning on simply got to expect UAE to set it up for Pogacar, who once again should easily show his dominance and win another stage.

Seems an each way bet to nothing as the nature of this stage - flat until the final 30 km - makes it unlikely there will be any distance between Pogacar and Vingegaard until the climbing starts. No podium finishes so far for Lenny Martinez in this tour but he has made the top ten twice. The flat start should help his claims here and he can make a push for it on the final climb.

Thymen Arensman has won one mountain stage already and finished second on another. I think that Pogacar and Vingegaard are the men to beat so will go each way and hope he can finish in the places.
