Released on the 3^rd of June 2024, nearly 5 years after the original game, the Sweet Bonanza 1000 slot takes you on a journey, again, to a sugary wonderland. With a sweets/food theme, the setting is a vibrant and colourful wonderful full of treats including fruit and candy.

With soft tones, the setting is a dreamland for those with a sweet tooth. Using the same graphics and visuals as Sweet Bonanza, it still reminds me of the California Gurls music video from Katy Perry and Snoop Dogg and Candy Crush. The soundtrack has changed but is still soft and pleasant.

Using the same symbol as its predecessor, you’ll see fruit and candy represented. This includes bananas, blueberries, watermelons, plums and red apples as the low-value symbols. Higher paying are blue rectangle, green polygon, purple square and red heart sweets. The red heart sweet symbol pays the most with 50 times your total bet awarded if 12 or more land on the grid simultaneously.

Finally, Sweet Bonanza 1000 comes with 2 special symbols. There is a Lollipop Scatter symbol that appears anywhere on the grid. 4 or more triggers the Free Spins feature as well as awarding a payout (up to 100 x bet for 6 in view). Tumble

The Tumble feature comes into effect when you land a winning combination of 8 or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid. Winning combinations are paid and all winning symbols explode and disappear from view. The remaining symbols fall to the bottom of the grid with the new empty positions replaced with new symbols tumbling from above.

Tumbling as it’s known will continue as long as winning combinations land. With no limit to the number of possible tumbles, this feature is known as Avalanches or Cascades in other slot games. Megaways slots by en large offer this extras.

Free Spins

Hitting 4 or more Lollipop Scatters anywhere in view will trigger the Free Spins feature. 4, 5 or 6 scatters will award a 3, 5 or 100 times bet payout respectively as well as 10 free spins to begin the feature with.

Unlike the base game, there is a Rainbow Bomb Multiplier symbol that appears during the free spins. Remaining on the grid until the end of the tumbling sequence, it will contain a random multiplier between 2x and 1000x.
