The Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter slot, like its predecessors, is played on a 6x5 grid with Scatter Pays. Called Pay Anywhere by Pragmatic Play, you need to see 8 or more matching symbols anywhere on the grid. The more matching symbols that appear, the bigger the payout: you can also land wins from more than 1 symbol.

Bets-wise, you can play from 20p a spin (the maximum is £5 per spin). Use the plus and minus buttons to change your bet easily. Non-UK players have the added functionality of Autoplay (up to 1,000 auto spins) and Turbo/Quick Spin modes.

Colourful and full of candy and fruit, symbols include bananas, blueberries, watermelons, plums and red apples. You’ll also come across blue rectangle, green polygon, purple square and red heart sweets: the red heart sweet symbol is the highest paying awarding 10 times your total bet for 12+ on the grid.

With no wild symbol, you’ll also encounter a Lollipop Scatter symbol which is key to triggering the Free Spins feature. Tumble

When you see 8 or more matching symbols anywhere in view, the Tumble feature is triggered. Winning symbols disappear with the remaining symbols falling down to occupy the empty positions: then new symbols tumble in from above to give you another opportunity of winning. The process repeats itself until no more wins are formed.

Super Scatter

Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter comes with a Super Scatter symbol. Appearing anywhere on the grid, a combination of 4 or more Lollipop and Super Scatter symbols will trigger the Free Spins feature. However, combinations of 4 or more Lollipop Scatter or Super Scatter symbols (including at least 1 Super Scatter) will award the following payouts:

• 1 Super Scatter in combinations of 3 or more Scatters of any kind = 100 x bet
• 2 Super Scatters in combinations of 3 or more Scatters of any kind = 500 x bet
• 3 Super Scatters in combinations of 3 or more Scatters of any kind = 5,000 x bet
• 4 Super Scatters in combinations of 4 or more Scatters of any kind = 50,000 x bet

Free Spins

The Free Spins feature is played when you see 4 or more Lollipop Scatters during a base game spin. With 10 free spins awarded, you will win 5 extra free spins with 3 or more landing during the feature, with no limits.

Look out for the Rainbow Bomb Multiplier symbol as this contains a random multiplier value between 2x and 100x. When the tumbling sequence ends, the values of all Rainbow Bomb Multiplier symbols are added together and applied to your total win. Finally, the Super Scatter symbol doesn’t appear during the free spins.

Ante Bet 

Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter comes with an optional Ante Bet feature. For an extra 25% per spin (i.e. 25p at the minimum bet level of 20p), your chances of triggering the Free Spins feature double.

Outside the UK, there is a Buy feature. For 100 x bet, you’ll gain direct access to the Free Spins feature. For 500 x bet, you’ll play the free spins but all Rainbow Bomb Multiplier symbols will be worth 20x or higher.

Following on from Gates of Olympus Super Scatter (April 2025) and Mahjong Wins Super Scatter (May 2025), the Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter slot is basically Sweet Bonanza with a Super Scatter symbol that can deliver wins up to 50,000 x bet.

Graphically, it’s the same as its predecessors with the soundtrack changing. With tumbles and free spins with Rainbow Bomb Multipliers up to 100x, Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter is more similar to the original game. In Sweet Bonanza 1000, Rainbow Bomb Multipliers are worth up to 1000x!

The key to winning big is the Super Scatter symbol: if 4 appear, you’ll pocket the game’s maximum prize of 50,000 x your total bet. That said, the max win probability is significantly higher in this release compared to Sweet Bonanza 1000. Below is a table highlighting all the key facts:

In summary, the Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter slot offers more of the same. With higher max win potential, the max win probability is also a lot higher so that has to be taken into account. Personally, I’d stick the original game or the 1000 version.
