Immortal 5 Mobile

The Immortal 5 mobile slot uses the latest HTML5 technology, which means that you can enjoy a mobile gaming experience on Android or iOS.  It also works well on tablets and desktops. If you're using a desktop to play, the best dimensions are 1920 x 1280 with a 3:2 ratio.

There are seven bonus features to enjoy when playing the Immortal slot game: Immortal 5, Immortal Re-spin, Immortal Silver Bonus, Immortal Gold Bonus,  Hero Spin, Hero Bet and Buy Feature.

Immortal 5

The Immortal 5 feature can trigger randomly before any base game spin. When this happens, between 1 and 5 reels are highlighted and when a reel is chosen a Hero Wild expands to cover the reel. The Hero Wild will have a multiplier between 2x and 100x. This can repeated up to five times.

Immortal Re-spin

Landing one or more Immortal wild symbols in the base game triggers the Immortal Respin feature. All immortal wild symbols are then locked into place on the reels for the entire feature. The test of the symbols then respin, and if any new immortal wild symbols land, they lock into place as well, and you trigger another respin. Whenever there is a spin where  Immortal wild symbols don't land the feature finishes.

Immortal Silver Bonus

Landing 3 silver bonus scatters triggers the Immortal Silver Bonus. You then get the choice of 2 different modes - Hero Mode 1 and Hero Mode 2.

• Hero Mode 1: You start with 6 free spins and there’s a global progressive multiplier applied to all wins. You begin with a 1x value which then increases every time a symbol with a multiplier lands. If you land a hero wild symbol, the global multiplier will also increase. 
• Hero Mode 2: Here again, you start with 6 free spins and each symbol position has a multiplier, which doubles on any spin that is part of a win. If an expanding hero wild symbol lands during this bonus it collects all multiplier values in the reel and the total becomes the Hero Wild reel's multiplier. 

Whichever mode you choose, the expanding hero wild will stay in position for the entire round. Each bonus round has something called Power-Ups and before entering the feature you get to select two picks for the feature and it’s possible to get the same Power-Up twice:

• Additional Hero Wilds: Further expanded hero wild symbols are added to the reels.
• Additional Free Spins:  3 extra free spins are added at the start of the feature.
• Multiplier Boost: In Hero Mode 1, the starting multiplier is increased. In Hero Mode 2, one position per reel starts with an increased multiplier.

Immortal Gold Bonus

Landing 3 golden bonus scatters triggers the Immortal Gold Bonus. Here, you’ll receive 6 free spins along with three Power-Ups. You will choose between Heo Mode 1 or Hero Mode 2. The Power-Ups consist of two, like the ones in the Immortal Silver Bonus, plus one extra Super Power-Up. There are three options for the Super Power-Ups:

• Immortal Transfer: One medium pay symbol is randomly selected and it then converts to a standard wild when it lands.
• Starting Hero Wild Reel:  One random reel converts to a Hero Wild reel.
• Extra Free Spins: You receive six extra free spins

Hero Bet

If you activate the Hero Bet feature there are two options:

• 1.5x Hero Bet: increases the chances of landing the Bonus symbols for both the Immortal Silver Bonus and Immortal Gold Bonus.
•  5x Hero Bet: increases the chances of landing only the Gold Bonus symbols and triggering the Immortal Gold Bonus.

Both of these Hero Bet options increases the chances of landing expanding hero wilds. 

Buy Feature

If you are non-UK based you have two options for the buy feature:

• 100x the bet: Guarantees entry into the Immortal Silver Bonus or the Immortal Gold Bonus. 
• 500x the bet: Buying the ‘Hero Spin’ starts a round that awards 10,000x or nothing. Here, you have to  to fill all the reels with hero wilds.

The Immortal 5 slot is the brightest game I've reviewed in a while; expect plenty of fluorescent colours on every spin. Its futuristic, intercity setting is immersive, showcasing the five heroes accompanied by dramatic, cinematic music. 

Generally, when people are asked what their preferred superpower would be, teleportation and invisibility are usually at the top of the list. I can get behind that. But the classic abilities of flight and strength featured here are undeniably cool. I’m surprised there are not more superhero games out there in the online slots world.

The features took a few reads to understand, but they’re quite straightforward once they are understood. The Hero Wild symbols stand out, expanding to cover the entire reel.  During the random Immortal 5 feature, this is combined with multipliers between 2x and 100x which is a great combo.

Having a choice during the Immortal Gold and Immortal Silver bonuses with the Hero Modes 1 and 2 was entertaining. I enjoy a picker feature, and the good news is that the expanding hero wild symbol stays in position for the entire round. The mystery Power-Ups were also fun guessing what you’d get. I seemed to trigger extra free spins a few times when testing.
