Where do I start? The Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is a funny and equally disturbing game thematically. In true Nolimit City fashion, the inspiration behind the game is humorous as it focuses on obsessive behaviour coupled with satire. Graphically, it is a lot simpler than graphic-rich slots like Bizarre or Disorder (the 2 previous releases). However, I think the soundtrack is superb, combining heavy metal, with creepy love songs, techno beats and harrowing sirens.

When it comes to the gameplay, there are xSplit symbols that double position multiplier values (on it’s row). Every consecutive split sees the multiplier increased by 2. Every win leads to the Rebound Spins feature: with a respin awarded, you can get more respins if you improve the win, land the winning symbol elsewhere or see a Wild/Bonus symbol. With position multipliers on non-winning positions increasing with each respin, they can build up to award a decent payout. I found the Plot Twist symbol to be quite important as it upgrades sticky symbols.
