With Big Daddy Gaming slots soon to be available at UK slot sites, my exclusive Q&A-style interview with Simon Hammon discusses Big Daddy Gaming’s objectives, they type of slot games they’ll produce, the focus on enjoyable experiences for players, a preview of upcoming releases and future plans.
Q: Who is Big Daddy Gaming? Can you share your objectives, principles and philosophy?
SH: “Big Daddy Gaming is a new supplier on the market but underpinned by a lot of industry experience especially in the B2B space. The team connected to the company are responsible for some of the biggest titles launched in the industry and are passionate about gaming.
The underlying objective is Reel Fun, Real Value and this is focused to both player and operator in mind.
The market has become highly cluttered and we want to focus on what's important for both players and operators. Big Daddy Gaming won't be a supplier that just launches 10s of games a month but instead focus on refining and building games that we feel have long term and enjoyable experiences for the players. We want to bring back the fun in the slot experience with tangible winning opportunities with a Big Daddy twist. The headline of ‘Lets GO!’ is to reflect the energy we hope players experience when playing our games.”
Q: What kind of slot games will Big Daddy Gaming produce? How will they differ from what’s available right now?
SH: “Big Daddy games will have a familiar flare but with a clear DNA. Tangible wins is a key element of our mechanics and maths, ensuring that players don't feel signature / big wins are far away or not achievable. Mechanically players will enjoy a varied mechanic suite but loaded with in game betting / customisable options combined with a focus on high hit rate and high anticipation.
Theme wise we don't believe in the need to create ‘shock for shock sake’ but want to make the experience familiar but with the Big Daddy unique flavour that is light-hearted. If we can get a smile when someone opens up a Big Daddy Gaming, that will be hugely rewarding.
It is our feeling that players should know what to expect from our games and look to the next. The market is highly competitive but lacks the excitement factor, something we hope to inject back into the experience.”
Q: Will Big Daddy Gaming slots be available in the UK?
SH: “Yes and soon!
We are working hard to bring the games to as many markets as we can and naturally the UK players are key for us. It is our hope that, early in 2026, Big Daddy games will be available to the UK audience. Naturally there are the compliance requirements in the UK and licensing we are working on to ensure the player experience in the UK reflects our DNA principles.”
Q: Can you share a preview of upcoming releases?
SH: “Players will get a feel of the familiar with unique Big Daddy twists. We will be sharing our upcoming roadmap shortly which we hope the players will enjoy. Naturally our ambition is to grow and build on every single game: we are not a team that rests on its laurels and we look for advancements and growth in every production.
We have our first games live and up and running on a limited basis currently just not in the UK yet called Bon Bon Boom and Going Ape. Our content in our pipeline really starts to showcase our intent and refining art and mechanic flow. When we hit the UK market, we can share much more!”
Q: Finally, what can we expect from Big Daddy Gaming in the future?
SH: “We are of course very excited to get going and start to release our content. Big Daddy won't be launching 10s of games a month and we believe in quality over quantity and games that stick and resonate. As a team we firmly believe that constant improvement and pushing is key: it will take time to build trust with the players and something we are constantly willing to work on and gain.
Our goal is to be a top supplier in the industry but most importantly a top supplier in the hearts of the players. We hope that in time the players will want to choose a Big Daddy game as one of their natural go to favourites.”
