- Pragmatic Play announced in June 2026 it would shut down its bingo network, with migrations already underway
- Three sites completed their move to ProgressPlay on 28 July, but further migrations are still expected
- Players at sites still on the Pragmatic Play network should watch for communications about upcoming changes
The UK bingo market is in the middle of a quiet but significant shift, and more changes are still to come.
Following Pragmatic Play's decision to exit bingo in June 2026, the first wave of platform migrations has completed.
But several UK bingo sites are still in the process of finding new homes for their bingo product, meaning the rooms, schedules and bingo bonuses players are used to could look very different in the coming months.
Why this is happening
In June 2026, Pragmatic Play confirmed it would phase out its bingo network after a strategic review, choosing to concentrate on slots, live casino and RNG products instead.
For operators using the Pragmatic Play bingo network, that meant finding an alternative platform. Changing bingo supplier is considerably more disruptive than swapping a slots provider.
The network determines the rooms available, ticket prices, game schedules, player pools and jackpots.
What has already happened
The first significant migrations completed on 28 July 2026. Panda Bingo, UK Bingo and Chit Chat Bingo all moved to ProgressPlay, which uses Playtech as its exclusive bingo provider. All three relaunched with refreshed welcome offers.
BOGOF Bingo, which was also part of the previous setup, did not migrate and closed on 28 July.
You can read the full details of those migrations and the new welcome offers in our dedicated news piece covering the July moves.

Which sites are still to move
Several bingo operators remain on the Pragmatic Play network while the wind-down continues. Further migrations are expected as the supplier completes its exit from bingo over the coming months.
If you currently play at a site powered by Pragmatic Play bingo, it is worth keeping a close eye on any communications from that site about upcoming platform changes.
What to do if your site is moving
If your bingo site announces a platform migration, here is what to do before the switch date:
- Complete any pending withdrawals as soon as possible
- Use up any active bonus funds before the migration date if you can
- Make a note of your play history and any loyalty points, as these are unlikely to carry over
- Look out for communications about whether you need to re-register on the new platform
- Check what the new welcome offer looks like, as existing players may be able to claim it fresh on the new platform
