The latest betting odds give Biden a 23% chance of winning the award in what is expected to be a massive year for the US President as he looks to kick off his run for President again ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election.
Donald Trump is looking to go against Biden again to be US President and is 17/1 to be Time Person of the Year with Ron DeSantis 11/1 for the award.

Twitter owner and CEO Elon Musk remains the 6/4 favourite to win the Time Person of the Year award as his ownership of the platform goes into it's first full year.
Musk's latest news-worthy interaction was with the BBC earlier this week where he publicly called the national broadcaster biased on Twitter, although said it was 'among least biased' according to The Guardian.
The longer that Musk remains in the mainstream media with news pieces week-by-week gives him more chance of being voted as the Time Person of the Year for the second time.
Musk was voted as the 2021 Time Person of the Year with part of the reasoning for "the continuing decline of traditional institutions in favour of individuals."

There are further betting specials around Elon Musk's 2023 with odds of 4/1 given back in January that the businessman will sell Twitter at some point this year.
Musk acquired the social media company in October 2022 for $44 billion after originally backing out from his April offer.
The takeover has since reportedly been a big headache for Musk and Star Sports gave odds of 4/1 for him to sell it on in 2023 back at the start of the year, with the market no longer available.
This gave a 20% chance of that happening with Musk potentially wanting to cut his losses already after constant backlash of his handling of the company.
