Six Celebs Remain in Strictly 2025
We’re officially into the business end of the 2025 series of Strictly Come Dancing and this weekend brings both high stakes and a fresh new challenge.
With only six celebrities remaining, pressure is higher than ever, especially with the Instant Dance twist set to catch dancers off guard.
Bookmakers have already priced up who they think will leave next and the elimination market paints a pretty clear picture.
Balvinder Sopal has made 4 appearances in the dreaded dance-off already this series and it seems likely that she will do so again this weekend.
Sopal is the odds-on favourite with William Hill to leave the show with their odds giving an implied probability of 77.8% that it happens.

Instant Dance Challenge Explained
For the first time ever, Strictly introduces the Instant Dance: a high-pressure, wildcard round that will test spontaneity, confidence, and memory.
- Couples randomly draw a dance style from those they’ve already performed this season
- They’re played their accompanying music immediately, triggering a dash to wardrobe
- They have just 10 seconds to decide how they’ll perform
- Then straight onto the floor
The judges will then award extra points from 6 (best) to 1 (worst), with those scores added to the night’s overall tally.

Lewis Cope remains a technical powerhouse, but still slightly lags in the narrative the show thrives on.
