Greta Thunberg features in the betting market

Greta Thunberg is 7/1 in the betting market to be the Nobel Peace Prize winner this year.

Thunberg is regularly in the conversations for these awards, as well as the Time Person of the Year award too.

This is mainly due to the work she does to fight climate change and given the scorching temperatures lately it may well be that she's in the conversation for the award.

Zelensky is favourite for the Time Person Of The Year award

It's not just the Nobel Peace Prize that Volodymyr Zelensky is rumoured for, with the Time Person of the Year award also up for grabs.

Bookmakers make Zelensky the 2/5 favourite to be the Time Person of the Year for 2022 for his work as the Ukrainian President.

Sadly the war is looking like there's no chance of it stopping any time soon as Russia continues to try and invade different parts of Ukraine.

Time Person of the Year Odds Probability
Volodymyr Zelensky
2/5 71.4%
Vladimir Putin 7/1 12.5%
The Ukrainian People 11/1 8.3%
US Supreme Court 12/1 7.7%
Pro choice/Abortion activists 14/1 6.7%

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is the 2/5 favourite to be the Time Person of the Year for 2022, with the conflict between his country and Russia the biggest news story of the year.
