Bournemouth lost 2-1 against former manager Gary O'Neil and his Wolves side on Saturday despite being 1-0 up early on in the game thanks to a Dominic Solanke goal.

Iraola will now be feeling the pressure following that latest defeat as the Cherries remain in the Premier League drop-zone following another defeat this past weekend.

BetVictor have now moved Iraola into favourite to be the next manager to leave as he moves above long-time favourite Paul Heckingbottom in the market at odds-on now.

The latest betting odds now suggest that there's a 66% chance of Iraola being the next manager to be sacked in the Premier League with Heckingbottom just behind in the odds.

What the expert says...

Another defeat for Bournemouth this past weekend has now seen Andoni Iraola's odds to be sacked shorten into odds-on above Sheffield United manager Paul Heckingbottom. It looks likely that we may see the managerial merry-go-round kick off in the coming weeks!

Sheffield United boss Paul Heckingbottom drifts out slightly despite latest defeat to Man United on Saturday

Paul Heckingbottom has long been the favourite to be the next manager to leave with Sheffield United struggling continuously this season but he remains in charge of the Blades.

Sheffield United are currently rock bottom of the Premier League with just a point gained so far this season but despite this Heckingbottom has stayed in his role as manager.

It doesn't look like the Blades will sack Heckingbottom if he's survived an 8-0 thumping and the form they've had so far this season so it could well be Iraola who goes next.

The Blades remain heavy favourites to be relegated from the Premier League this season

Betting remains available on relegation from the Premier League this season with the Blades now moving into 1/9 to go back down to the Championship.

A spirited comeback from Luton Town against Nottingham Forest to grab a point on Saturday hasn't seen their odds change as they remain 1/6 to be relegated this campaign.

Behind them, Bournemouth and Burnley's odds both shorten even more to go down this campaign after both sides were beaten at the weekend.

Wolves victory over Bournemouth has seen their odds to go down now drift right out from 4/1 to 9/1 now with Gary O'Neil finding success.
