Glasgow are 1/2 favourites to host Eurovision with the shortlist down to the final two
Scottish city Glasgow is the 1/2 bookies favourite to host next year's Eurovision Song Contest with the shortlist down to just two.
Liverpool are the other city in contention to host the famous show, which will be hosted in the UK next year.
William Hill give Glasgow a 66.7% chance of hosting the Song Contest with the final decision set to be made "within weeks" according to the BBC.

Glasgow were as short as 1/5 at one point to host Eurovision but have drifted slightly to 1/2 after the shortlist was cut right down.
Both have riverside venues which has seemingly contributed to the BBC's decision so far.
