Cheltenham Festival gets underway in two weeks and we preview the first day of action at the event
The 2024 Cheltenham Festival kicks off in two weeks time and the first day of action is going to be a big one with some tasty races kicking off the festival.
Day One at the Festival is Champion Day with the Unibet Champion Hurdle the feature race of the day getting underway at 15:30.
Constitution Hill is now joint favourite for the Champion Hurdle with bookmakers putting him at 1/2 to win the race in the antepost market.
OLBG-sponsored trainer Harry Derham currently has two entries in for the 16:50 Juvenile Handicap Hurdle Race with Givemefive and Mojo Ego currently pencilled in for entries.

Willie Mullins is once again expected to have a massive year at the Cheltenham Festival with the Irish trainer usually a dominant force at the event.
Last year's total of 6 winners across the week for Mullins was actually low for his high standards with the winning-most trainer in Cheltenham history wanting to do better this year.
Mullins record for the Festival is 10 set back in 2022 and his performance at the Dublin Racing Festival, with eight grade 1 winners, sees the hype start to ramp up for a successful Cheltenham this year.

OLBG's Cheltenham Festival Tipster Competition is taking place once again this year
The OLBG Cheltenham Festival tipster competition will take place on OLBG once again this year with a total prize fund of £1500.
This year's top prize is £500 for the winner with £200 for second and £100 for the third, fourth and fifth placed tipsters plus there will be £5 paid for the next 100 places.
