Betting remains available for this year's Nobel Literature Prize award with Chinese fiction writer Can Xue the 7/1 favourite with UK Betting Sites.

Deng Xiaohua, better known by her pen name Can Xue, has previously been a contender for the award 4 years ago according to China Daily.

Nominations for the award are strictly kept secret for 50 years until they are made available to the public so we won't know who the contenders were until 2073.
