Volodymyr Zelenskyy is 6/1 favourite to win the Nobel Peace Prize this year

Paddy Power keep him as 6/1 favourite in the betting market to win the award which is usually announced in October before being presented in Oslo, Norway in December.

What the expert says..
Volodymyr Zelenskyy remains the 6/1 favourite for the Nobel Peace Prize with his handling of the war in Ukraine receiving praise from the Ukrainian people and around the world.
Donald Trump is a massive outsider for the award at 175/1
Former US President Donald Trump is the biggest outsider with bookmakers at 175/1 to win the award which will come as no surprise to anyone.
Trump though has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize before with Norwegian Christian Tybring-Gjedde putting him up the award back in 2021 for helping broker a deal between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
This was not the first time that Tybring-Gjedde nominated him for the award with the Norwegian also doing so back in 2019 for his work with North Korea according to Reuters.
The latest betting market puts him bottom of the pile as the biggest outsider to win this year's award and it's unlikely that he'll receive a nomination this time around.
We look at past winners of the Nobel Peace Prize
