In recent weeks I've been looking at the new betting phenomenon of Score & Win, this bet is like Both teams to Score but you have to choose a winner the odds are obviously much more attractive.

I have approached this from a statistical point of view, the table below shows the number of times the home team have been involved in a Score and Win match when playing at home and the number of times the away team has been involved in a Score and Win game when playing away. The middle to figures are the numbers of times the home team has scored and won plus the number of times the away team has scored and lost and vice versa, are you with me so far lol!

It's always nice to find a new bookmaker in the market and many are a fresh and welcome addition. You can, of course, use any bookmaker you choose, either from an existing account you have or from this list of bookmakers, but take a look at some of the new ones I think you'll like them

Last week when doing this for my personal interest I highlighted 9 teams most likely to Score and Win (middle figures over 1/4), of those 3 came in (at average odds of more than 2/1 so good LSP), 2 were S&W the other way, interestingly though 8/9 had BTTS and 7/9 had over 2.5 goals.

I then highlighted 3 matches that looked most likely to have a Score & Win outcome (either way) here we are looking for the end column to be close to half or above. Of those 3 games, 2 had a Score & Win outcome and all 3 were BTTS.

From the above Chelsea (23/10) & Man Utd (13/5) look the most likely to S&W in the Premier League and Leicester (7/2), Barnsley (7/2), Derby (18/5), Huddersfield (4/1) and Wigan (15/4) in the Championship. I will probably have singles on these with a perm of 4 folds and above S&W and a BTTS 6/7 fold.

In terms of the games most likely to have an S&W outcome Huddersfield/Reading looks the best at (4-1/9-2) closely followed by Leicester/Burnley (7-2/7-1) and Doncaster/Leeds (11-2/7-2), I will be perming these in 2x2x2 doubles & trebles.

I have done figures for League 1 if anyone would like them I can add them later but don't want to over-egg the pudding especially in week 1.

As always any observations, comments, or questions are always welcome.
