Golden Flame has, IMO, a much better chance than his odds suggest, and the opposite is true for the early favorite Campeona. Campeona did not look an easy ride or look resolute in her recent win at Bath eight days ago. She is definitely not a 4/9 shot. Golden Flame gives her 13 lbs, but Zoe Lewis takes off 7 of those.

The 8yo wasn't beaten far two starts back and is still running to decent level and comes here fresh after a five week break. He did post 10 RPR ratings last year ranging from 81-87. He has a good jockey booking and the last time he raced off a mark this low was as a 3yo. A racing mark of 66 for this handicap looks tempting.
