At least the ground at Musselburgh should be good/soft, so probably more horses will run to form here. I like Lord, who is a winning machine and compared to his opponents, some of which are fairly inexperienced, has a very good strike rate. Ground should suit, course should also suit, trainer has good track record. He does have to concede weight to the whole field, but he may be abke to do so and I think he will go close.

I like this horse. A nice flat horse that won well last time out at Doncaster in December. Surely open to plenty of improvement.

Scarlet Moon was a beaten favourite LTO at this course when going down by a nose in a Class 4 juvenile hurdle. Won at Warwick in November. Has a definite each-way chance today in this Listed race.

Won on his debut and then ran well in a much better event at Newbury, but was headstrong in front. This trip should suit him today, and he could go close.
