The 5yo is a useful type, posting some high RPR rating in the last year or so. He went close at Royal Ascot in a 16 runner Listed contest, a first run after a four month break and he can build on that. He is the highest rated runner in this conditions race and he is receiving weight from most of his rivals.

Won the Cambridgeshire last year and won a Listed event here in May. Third in the Diomed and fourth at Sandown last time. Should go well here.

A Al Jeahni horse ridden by Callum Rodriguez returns after eight weeks. Having won at Hamilton, it drops in weight and should help each way claims.

A former Derby second I suppose there is a possibility Ambiente Friendly could come on for the return to Flat racing with recent start at Royal Ascot. James Owen (SR 36%) stable is strongly respected at least. Drop in trip to 1m1f interesting. Ambiente Friendly often bowls along in front.
