Bred from Kodiac bloodlines, there is scope for improvement here as they are bred for speed and stamina. Trainer Paul Chapple-Hyam is known for gradually bringing on juveniles, so with Rob Hornby booked to ride, Code could show signs of progress today. He is a long way from being fully exposed also, so this early run provides a good guide of what's to come next. With the right conditions, he may just sneak the place here.
