White Umbrella is a possible each-way outsider here. She has a solid overall record, with six wins from 47 starts, and is proven at 6f, having won four times at the distance. She also has a low weight of 9st 4lb and a workable mark of 52 that gives her a chance if she returns to her better form.

Weak in the betting today even for a big-priced outsider, running from outside the handicap proper, and has never won on grass. He does, however, have the benefit of Jack Nicholls' three-pound claim, and it's only twelve months ago that he finished runner-up at Ffos Las, beaten only a neck. If reproducing anything like that form he'd be competitive, and I can't resist having a small each-way interest, though another no-show wouldn't surprise me either.
