Small each-way tip for Edmond Halley, first run back from a rest but that is the case for most of the runners in this. Definitely needs improvement but he's a very lightly raced 4yo who has time on his side for improvement. Poor run when last seen but that was a better race than this, he could find this more suitable. Very small each-way tip.

Eichan San is another who is having his first run back from a rest. Overall, he's lightly raced with improvement at some point this year likely. Drawn well in Stall 8. Ran well in defeat when last seen, that last run was over a longer distance than today, he ran out of energy late on the last time so he may find this shorter distance more suitable.

The wide draw in Stall 15 isnt ideal so that is a concern but, it is possible to run well from this draw over this course and distance. Poor form when last seen but the last two runs were on the AW surface, this horse has shown best form on Turf on similar ground conditions to today. At least worth a look back on Turf today. Very small each-way tip.

Subiaco may have a fitness advantage over a few of these opponents because this horse has already run this year, quite a few are returning from a rest. This horse showed consistent form his last two runs which was on the AW surface, he'll be running well if he transfers that form over to the Turf today.

Karma De Cotte has shown a consistent level of form in just 3 hurdles runs which includes a good run at this course, has time for improvement yet. Slightly outpaced over a shorter distance last time, may prefer this step up in distance.

First run back from a rest for this horse but he hasn't been off the track for too long, worth considering today. Ran well in defeat when last seen and the form of that race looks strong, the winner of that last race has won again since. Considering this horse is so slightly raced, he probably has more to offer yet. Good jockey booked today.

Small each-way tip for Heritier who wasn't at best form the last two runs but, he's had a rest since then which may have done him well, could be fit and well and ready to go again. Needs better than what he showed the last two runs but one positive factor is that this horse has actually shown some of his best form at this course.

Desert Haven arrives fit after a good run on the AW surface , left the impression he needed that run so he could do a bit better today. Mixing it between the jumps and the flat over the last year or so, he's looked a better horse on the flat.

Flash Du Pistolet moves up in Class here so needs improvement but the drop down in distance may see a better run. Ran well for most of the way last time until fading late on, drops down by a few furlongs here which may be more suitable. Ground conditions should suit. Small each-way tip.

Risky tip, small each-way tip. The good odds are a big factor for me placing this tip. This horse is one of the older horses in this race, possibly vulnerable to the younger progressive rivals but, he has the experience to call on , if he's on a good day he could be running well. Returns from a rest but horses from this yard often run well first time back from a rest. Raced over 3m2f last time where he struggled, drops down in distance today which may be more suitable.
