This race seems an easy task for Femme Magnifique with the weak opposition of Ballybrittas, the only other recent winner in the pack. The selection has won 2 of the last 3 races, finishing runner-up once. The pick won in C&D a month ago in her last race.

Winning hurdler who has shown progressive form in his three races over the larger obstacles. If he finds any more improvement, he'd be a big threat to all.

The yard's form persuaded me to go with this one. He ran to his best last time over hurdles, and if that translates to fences he will go well.

This trainer targets Listowel and here, so this could well outrun 11-1. Didn't get any run at the Galway Festival and could only muster 9th, but prior to that ran a solid second at Wexford and, before that, won at Tramore. Races off 10.8 here and looks well in at the weights. Gary Noonan will know the horse well and may get another big run from him.

Beauforts Storm is making a handicap debut here. At the ratings, it could be an immediate impact. Looked much improved last time out at Wexford just under a month ago when finishing 4th. Does know how to both get into contention and close, with a win and three runner-up finishes over hurdles.
