This gelding is still winless, but there are grounds for thinking he can go well here. Last time's run was after a breathing operation. Sometimes horses can take a couple of runs to get used to it. The yard is in okay form, and he's going up slightly in trip, which may help.

This gelding seems to need firmish ground, so the pulled-ups on soft can be ignored. He ran much better last time on sounder ground and can go close tonight.

I like this mare's attitude. She has shown determination when headed in the past, especially when winning well at Southwell. She has ground to make up on Ann D'arabie in their match at Huntingdon, but her jumping wasn't the best there. At tonight's prices, Eightytwo looks the better bet.
