Highest raw ability profile in the race (OR 124, RPR 116). Arrives in a strong upward cycle. Excellent second at Listowel, then improved again to win on chase debut at Wexford. Jumping was a major positive on chase debut, which is important around Kilbeggan. Proven at this level and still may have more improvement after only one chase start.

This seems to be the right trip and he stays further. Not won here but has proved he handles the track and is on a winning mark.

This horse has placed in three of his four chases this year including a third place at Wexford last time out. Promising apprentice Michael Kenneally takes over in the saddle. Every chance of being involved at the finish but this is an open looking race.

Golden Temple appeals as a strong contender after showing encouraging recent form and looks well suited by Kilbeggan's undulating track. He has the stamina to see out the trip, remains on a competitive mark, and if reproducing his latest effort, he has every chance of staying on best to get back into the winner's enclosure.

Since winning a Listed handicap at Navan and following that up with a Listed third, he has completely gone off the boil with a best finish of eighth. His mark has subsequently plummeted, and he is now 5 lb lower than his Listed win.
