Acapulco Bay has been in the frame in four of his five runs this season, following on from his promising two-year-old career where he finished 2nd and 1st in his two runs. He disappointed in his only run in a handicap when only 3rd of 6 at Down Royal, but off the same mark of 99, he may be better suited to this big field handicap.

This horse definitely has a bigger performance in him, and it's interesting Willie Mullins has put him in this valuable Galway handicap. He has been well fancied on pretty much all his starts and wasn't asked for any effort last time when he was badly hampered and was just looked after. So he is fresh coming here and looks ready to peak, and I can't miss him today.

Returns to handicap company here after running well @ listed level the last twice. Is only 3lb higher here than Lto run and good jockey/trainer combination makes current 8/1 very good Ew value in the race.

Meant to do the other one each way and leave it at that. So, have to take one each way in this field. Plumped with Cloud Seeker, who has strong staying ability, and the ground will be more than suited as well.

Ran really well on his return when a close 3rd in a big field handicap over an extended 8f at Limerick. Didn’t get the clearest of runs and did well to finish so close in the end. That came on heavy ground and he was a respectable 7th of 18 at the Curragh next time before a close up 9th at the same track last time up at 12f. Kept to that trip here and from the same mark looks a strong player.

Re-opposes Cloud Seeker and has to overcome a potential weight swing, but was staying on the best out of the two that day. Today's softer ground may suit Fleetfoot more. Tends to race prominently, which has been the best tactic at this meeting so far.

This horse went very close last time out with a claimer on board who did very little in the saddle. But with winning course form and a better jockey, I fancy his chances.

Layfayette is an old favorite of mine as he tends to be in the money a lot without winning. It's worth a shot this returns to handicap, which he has not done for a long time could go well, with his latest run being a G3 second. This does put him a bit heavy, but that is with good cause. It's worth an Each Way with 5P on offer.

En Or is a six-time winner and last time was beaten 4 1/4 lengths at Longchamp when not gaining a clear run until too late. Each way chance.

Mashhoor is a 7-year-old gelding trained by J. P. Murtagh and ridden by Seamie Heffernan. He is a former Group 3 winner who isn't handicapped out of contention off a mark of 97. Murtagh puts on a first-time hood, and he is 10/59 wins with horses in a first-time hood in recent years, showing a LSP of £38.50. Not without a chance.

Small each-way tip for this selection, will need improvement but this horse might be worth one more chance , didn't get a clear run when below form last time. Trip and ground conditions ideal for this horse, does have good form in the book at this course. Drawn wide which isn't ideal. Very small each-way tip

It will be interesting how they run Extensio here. Aiming for the big one at York, so this was put in over a mile and was embarrassingly ridden when super restrained last till it jogged past a few. Returns to a more suitable distance with a winning pilot on board, so at least a place here would do it no harm.

Most of my fancies are all drawn really bad and i looked at this one the other day, but was up in trip and didn't get it. Is still 12lb above that last win over this distance back in June, but does have a 5lb claimer today and is drawn well and could well have more to offer.

All runs since coming to Ireland have been jump races and has been pretty avaerage with just one or two good runs. Won last race on the flat when with Julie Camacho a year ago, so maybe a change of code and head gear could do the trick. Small ew for betting.
