Jack Kennedy has been riding really well over the past couple of days and should have a big chance aboard Dunsy Rock, who was fourth on debut after being held up in a race where she had too much to do late on. A more prominent ride today should see this one go close.

Hard to gauge what Shesakindofmagic achieved when 2nd to easy-odds winner Place De La Nation first time out after a long absence. But she took on the favourite three out, jumped well in her first hurdle, and looks the likely winner.

Likealightswitch still goes in search of a maiden win here, but 4 podium finishes from 6 previous hurdles outings show the levels of consistency. The drop in distance last time out at Clonmel seemed to suit well, and it was a runner-up finish on that occasion, so trending in the right direction.

Useful mare won a bumper at Galway in October and was a respectable, albeit remote, 3rd over 2 miles 2 furlongs at this course last month. Should improve plenty for that run.

A maiden stayer on the flat when trained in England, she made her debut for this yard in an extended two-mile novice at Punchestown at the end of December. She was noted making steady late progress under a considerate ride. There should be a lot more to come, and she looks to hold decent chances if handling ground conditions.

Musique des Champs is a 5-y-o gelding trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy. He makes his stable and hurdles debut. He has acquitted himself fairly well in three bumpers and hasn't been sent off at bigger than 12-1. He opened 3-1 in his last start at Limerick. He was sent off favourite in a PTP on his first start and was beaten 6.5 lengths by Eddie My Eagle, 2.5 lengths ahead. He recently won a novice hurdle at Plumpton and is rated 115. Out of a French dam that won on heavy ground in France and posted a career-high RPR of 121, Musique des Champs could have a say in matters in today's contest.
