Top weight Gazelle d'Or has had plenty of racing for a 4yo but still seems to be on the upgrade with her 2nd behind subsequent Group 1 winner Mission Central two starts back the best form on offer. That was from level weights and although she was comfortably held it still suggests a mark of 97 is within reach. We've seen lots of evidence that sprinters improve as they grow older and stronger and she has a great record here at The Curragh (2 wins from 3 starts over C&D). Stall 1 won the last two runnings but high draws were successful prior to that and the pace looks on her side of the draw which should suit her hold up style.
