He finished a close second at Marseille when the jockey was forced to make his challenge quite far off the bend, losing him costly ground. He was drawn widest at Lyon latest which didn't help his chances. He was too far back but was able to finish a respectable 5th regardless. He's drawn in stall 2 here and Soumillon is booked this time, both positives.
