Haeran Ryu is in great form , won 2 of her previous 3 tournaments she participated and the korean is one of the main contenders to win this Portland Classic.

Jeeno Thitikul was in the top 10 in her previous 3 tournaments and the thai player is one of the main contenders to win here this Portland Classic.

I believe Hye Jin Choi can start fast. With a mistake-free approach, she avoids big numbers and continues in a safe manner. Especially since she is ranked second in the overall power ratings, I fancy her making the top 5 by the end of the tournament.

Lauren Coughlin has a good record in the Portland Classic and can go well again. Tied 9th and Tied 7th in the last two years, she is in good form, having finished Tied 16th in the British Women's Open and Tied 5th in the Scottish Open. She is worth backing each way with five places on offer.

7th here back in 2023, finishing on eighteen under par. 9th the following year, finishing on seventeen under. Missed last year's reboot, but could be there or thereabouts again.

Stepped up here in the past couple of years to take 9th back in 2024 on seventeen under par, and 5th last year, one shot better off. 7th in the Meijer back in June, and could step on here-third time lucky.

Pauline Roussin definitely needs improvement so this is a very risky selection. Needs to find a fair amount of improvement but, if she can get back to the form she was showing a few months back , she could probably at least outplay her current big odds.

Risky tip, small each-way chance that Valentine will make the top 5. She definitely needs to find some improvement but that may happen, this particular course should suit better than the last.

Another risky tip so just an outside chance that Sofia makes the top 5. Her short game is usually one of the better parts of her game. On this particular course, a good short game will be needed.
