Patrick Reed has the ability to be doing well in this. He wasn't at best form when last in action but he's had a rest since then so he should be raring to go again now. He usually does well around this time of the year.

Julien Guerrier showed small signs of improvement in those last few events he played in, it's possible he can improve a bit more this coming season. His type of game should be well suited to this particular course.

The current top two in the betting are good players and they should be doing well but, their odds are possibly too short , others have chances. David Puig has the ability to be doing well in this, his all-round game looked good in the recent events he took part in and he's a player who usually holds his form well.

Jayden Schaper is capable of having a good Tournament here, he's not as exposed as a few of these so he may well have more to offer compared to many of the opponents he meets in this. He does have a good long and short game which will be a factor on this particular course.

Richard Mansell has been starting well in the early stages of those last few events he played in but then dropped away after that. I think he'll raise his level here and should start well again and hope to maintain that form for longer than a round or two.

Matt Wallace is one who could be doing well in the first round of this Dubai Invitational. Matt already has good form against some of these opponents, his record on courses similar to this is encouraging and he usually does well around this time of the year.

Calum Hill, in my opinion has the ability to be having a good Tournament and a good round one. He will need a bit of improvement but that is possible as he likey has more to offer than quite a few of the opponents he meets in this event.

Tom McKibbin is a player who is likely to improve during 2026, he did show signs of progress last year and he can continue that progress into this year. He already has good form against some of these opponents he meets in this and his form on courses similar to this, is encouraging.

Very open looking Hawaii Sony Open where many arrive with genuine chances. Chris Gotterup is capable of having a good Tournament, he usually plays in slightly better and stronger events than this so he could find this a bit easier than some of those recent events.

Jacob will definitely need to improve to be in with a chance but he's at least worth a look at these good odds, his best form would see him do well if he can show his best form. Jacob usually plays these sorts of courses well.

Emiliano Grillo will need to find some improvement and show a bit more consistency but, he usually plays well at this sort of level of Tournament , he will de doing well if he plays consistent golf. Played well in a few events last year where he left the impression he could pick up a win or two during 2026.

Harry Hall is one of the more interesting looking contenders in this, in my opinion anyway. He showed signs of progress last year and its possible he can improve by quite a bit during this coming year , he still has time for improvement and probably has more to offer compared to many of the opponents he meets in this.
