Play Experience & First Impressions

It's a fun game with a flavour of Play'n Go's Gigatoonz, with the characters and the cluster-type paylines. It works though and they have cleverly added in the visual potential. By this I mean, those multipliers at the top of the columns, are ever present, thus willing those stacks to grow tumble after tumble to hit what can be very large multis.

It is colorful, the music and sounds are ok, and the game takes a while to play, these are all positives. Outside of that, the features are a little less than the gigatoonz game, with just the free spins on offer maintaining the multis when they land.

All in all, a good game, not one of Pragmatic plays best and I don;t think it will be going down as a PP classic at any point.

One of the attractions of this game is the win mechanic in that it takes time. Thus, with the certainty that, it is more likely that you will lose playing slots than win, with monster Superlanche at least you'll be losing slower.

That rather sobering thought aside, the 100 spin test did take just under 9 minutes but we lost almost half of the 100 spin-stakes with the session RTP coming in at just 51.5% against the much better theoretical figure.

This is a high volatility release from Pragmatic Play but win frequency was at the medium level with 25 winning spins averaging 2.06x with two outstanding base game wins of 10x and 14x making up over half of the final returned figure, backing up the volatility rating.

Just a single bonus free spins bait, so overall not a great deal to get excited about but the thing that Pragmatic have got right with this game, is that there is always potential on view, and that is what keeps you playing - So tread carefully with Monster Superlanche, its a good game, but high volatility that could easily have you playing longer than anticipated sessions.

The Monster Superlanche slot by Pragmatic Play has excellent potential, and there's no doubt about this. The scatter pays mechanic is interesting and exciting, and the RTP of 96.03% sounds great in theory, but we didn't have luck during our test spins (RTP of 94.7%). This high volatility provided payouts more frequently than we expected. Still, as we said, the results don't allow us to rank it among the best paying slots.

Players have two bonus features at their disposal – free spins and the tumble feature with multipliers for greater rewards. Then there's the interesting story, and good visuals spiced up with excellent sounds. We didn't have much luck with the Monster Superlanche slot in our 100 spin test, but this doesn't mean that you should ignore this release. On the contrary, you should check it.
