This was one of the strangest 100 spins tests and must not be considered 'normal' in any way - It began by hitting a huge 75x base game win on just the second spin, to be followed by another at 48x - Amazing start.

The Session RTP, which came out at an incredible 244.7% was further boosted by hitting the bonus round on spin 32, which again landed a tasty multiplier of 88.4. The remainder of the action was not particularly exciting ans the balance was redressed somewhat, and the session ended with a medium hit rate of 14 wins from 100 spins, but still hugely in profit returning an average win spin value of a very skewed 17.47x

That level of volatility can work the other way round, so be careful, but when this game pops as it seemed to here, it was very nice

Random Wilds on the two leftmost reels always land stacked in groups of 2-5 symbols. If the two leftmost reels are made up of identical symbol sets, 1-3 Multiplier Wild Symbols will be randomly placed on reels 3-5.

If you land 3 Scatters anywhere on reels 3-5 it will trigger the Bonus Game which gives you 7 free spins. Visually this game was striking, the colours and imagery used really set the scorchio setting of the bar in Hell. The Free Spins round was straightforward and the x2 Multiplier Wilds did land several times during testing.

I do enjoy an Expanding Wild due to the potential wins and this one looked amazing on the reels with the Devil's reptilian tongue snaking down the reel. The Expanding Devil Symbol can appear on reels 3-5 with a maximum of one per reel. If the symbol is part of a winning combo, it expands to cover the entire reel and substitutes for all symbols apart from the Scatter Symbol. If an Expanding Devil expands through one or two Multiplier Wild Symbols, it turns into a 2x multiplier value that is applied to the whole reel which is fantastic if it lands. If a winning combo includes more than one Expanding Devil symbol with a multiplier, the multiplier values will be multiplied together and then applied to the win. The total multiplier from the Multiplier Wild Symbols forming part of a single payline ranges from 2x to 64x so there is potential for some decent wins.

This is a cool game - can I say that for a game about heat? The modern, zingy graphics and colours used were snazzy and the setting of a bar in Hell to support the spicy theme is a superb idea. Thunderkick's last game Hot Potato! was also food-related, are the product team at Thunderkick feeling peckish? Whatever the reason, both games have been thoroughly entertaining. Thunderkick tend to create niche titles and these games are no exception.

The features were straightforward and fun and blended together well with the spicy food theme. The RTP was just above average and was around the usual percentage for Thunderkick games. The max win at 5,000x was on the low side for a game with a high volatility which might put some players off.
