- Matricks Illusion price crashes as they look obvious qualifiers for the final
- Loren Allred of Greatest Showman fame has progressed to Sunday Nights final and is 3rd favourite to win outright with bookmakers
- 5 Star Boys beat the Phantom in the judge's vote section and remain in the betting to win
- Betting sites have now made Tom Ball and Maxwell Thorpe joint favourite to win Britain's Got Talent on Sunday night
Matricks Illusion have yet to perform in their semi-final, or qualify for Sunday night's final, but a series of events has seen their 50/1 price of winning with bookmakers 'disappear into thin air' and be replaced by just 10/1 right before our eyes!!
With no Magic act in the final, and Matricks Illusion given top of the bill on tonight's semi final, they look a shoe-in to the final, and while we have three singers at the top of the outright winner betting market, vocalists have a poor record overall in this tv talent show. It is believed those factors have combined to see shrewd punters who bet on BGT racing to make bets on the illusion act whose price will surely shrink again when they go through to the final tonight.
SEMI FINAL 4 Result
Semi Final 4 is complete and another singer and another dance act have been added to the line up for the BGT Final on Sunday night. Loren Allread of 'Greatest showman' Fame and the 5 Star Bloys Dance group have secured their places and will compete for the cash prize and appearance on the Royal Variety Performance as betting on Britain's Got Talent continues.
In a slightly below par sow compared with Monday and Wednesday nights, we were treated to a strange hugely extended magic 'show', which came across terribly from the 'Phantom' although for justification, they did get it into the top 3 - Thankfully the right two acts progressed although the final would have been perfect for Dame Nation, who, like the Dots the night previous seemed to have been 'over-produced' on their semi-final performance.
In terms of betting on Britain's Got Talent and how Thursday night affected the odds, little changed other than a shortening for Loren Allred, whilst Tom Ball and Maxwell Thorpe are now joint-favourites with betting sites.
