Bookmakers give specials around a potential Season 2 of Channel 4 show Rise and Fall
Channel 4 series Rise and Fall came to an end earlier this month with Eddy Fulford being crowned winner of the first season of the show.
Eddy was chosen as the winner by the Rise and Fall board and was picked as the person to take home the £85,610 prize money over fellow contestant Sydney.
Bookmakers are giving odds on whether the winner of the show will start off as a Ruler or a Grafter in the show with the winner having to be a Ruler eventually for the prize money.
Eddy started out as a Grafter and remained there for the first 12 episodes and the betting odds from Betway say there's a 71% chance that the next winner starts as a Grafter again.
Rise and Fall Season 2 - Winner to begin as Grafter or Ruler? | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Ruler | 7/4 | 36.4% |
Grafter | 2/5 | 71.4% |
Season 2 of the show yet to be confirmed
Rise and Fall was described as "The Traitors meets The Apprentice" by The Guardian and the show was created by the same production company as the Traitors which will come as no surprise.
With The Traitors quickly being renewed for a second season by the BBC it wouldn't be a surprise to see Rise and Fall have the same outcome but as of yet the show has not been renewed.
Betting specials for a potential second season of Rise and Fall include the Gender of the Winner with Male being the favourite at 8/11 compared to Female at EVS.
Bookies also give odds on a second season of The Traitors
Betting is also available for Season Two of The Traitors with the hit BBC show expected to return at some point in 2023 after the huge success of the first series.
The Traitors sees 22 contestants compete against each other to win £120,000, with 19 original Faithfuls and 3 Traitors trying to interrogate each other to see what category they fall into.
Bookies offer odds on which side wins the show this time around with the Faithful's winning Season One as Aaron, Hannah and Meryl all split the prize money amongst each other.
The latest odds say there's a 66% chance that the winning contestant or contestants will be Faithful's once again in the next season with a Traitor win given a 40% chance.
Traitors Season 2 - Winner to be a Traitor or Faithful? | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Traitor | 6/4 | 40% |
Faithful | 1/2 | 66.7% |
