Haaland has scored 28 goals so far this season and with 11 games left could well beat Mo Salah's 32 goal record in a 38 game season, with Andy Cole and Alan Shearer sharing the record of 34 goals in a 42 game season.
BetVictor currently keep Haaland as the outright favourite in the betting market to win PFA Young Player of the Year with Haaland given a 73% chance according to the betting odds of winning the award.

Bukayo Saka is 9/4 to win the award with it seemingly looking like a two horse race
Arsenal's Bukayo Saka's odds to win the PFA Young Player of the Year had shortened back at the start of February with the England winger getting backed into just 7/4 to win the award then.
Since then though he's drifted slightly to 9/4 in the market to win the award with Haaland's form continuing to shine week after week for Manchester City.
BetVictor now give Saka a 30% chance of being crowned the PFA Young Player of the Year with his odds still a lot shorter from the 9/2 that they were in January.
