Paul Heckingbottom is the 4/6 favourite to take over at Huddersfield Town next
Paul Heckingbottom is now the early favourite to be the next Huddersfield Town manager after the club decided to sack Darren Moore on Monday afternoon.
Next Huddersfield Town Manager | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Paul Heckingbottom | 4/6 | 60.0% |
Michael Duff | 4/1 | 20.0% |
Gary Rowett | 12/1 | 7.7% |
John Eustace | 12/1 | 7.7% |

Heckingbottom has been without a club since he was dismissed by Sheffield United towards the back end of the year.
Heckingbottom told Sky Sports last week that he is "ready" for a new challenge and the Terriers could well be the answer.
BetVictor have placed Heckingbottom as the early betting favourite to takeover as Huddersfield Town manager next with the early market having him as 4/6.
John Eustace and Gary Rowett follow behind Heckingbottom in the betting odds with some regular names featuring in another Championship managerial market.

Darren Moore sacked by Huddersfield after 23 games in charge
Darren Moore was sacked by Huddersfield after just three wins in his 23 games in charge of the club as they sit in 21st place in the table.
Moore replaced Neil Warnock back in September and was expected to push Town on into a better team in the Championship.
The Terriers have struggled through and they conceded a 95-minute equaliser to QPR on Saturday which sealed his fate in charge of the club.
