Nicole Samuel still sits as the favourite in the Top Female market for this year's Love Island

24-year-old Aberdare native Nicole Samuel remains the favourite with betting sites to be the Top Female on this year's Love Island with bookies continuing to offer odds on the show.

Samuel is currently in an all-Welsh couple with Ciaran Davies also hailing from the country and it looks likely that they'll win the show according to odds in the past few weeks.

The couple have consistently led the betting odds and they both remain odds-on in the Female and Male markets to win the show, with both currently at odds of 4/6 to win the show.

Paddy Power's latest odds give an implied probability of 60% of both topping their respective markets with no real contender going against the couple according to the latest odds.

That all could change though of course with Love Island known for stirring up drama in the final few weeks which can instantly have an affect on the betting market.

Ciaran Davies also favourite to be the Top Male with this couple looking most likely to win

It's fair to say that Ciaran and Nicole have been the most entertaining couple throughout this summer's Love Island with the pair showing their feelings for each other as well as having arguments throughout.

That is one of the big reasons why the pair have been favourites for the past few weeks with their time on our screens rising on a day-by-day basis.

The couple have shown their romantic side on multiple occasions but were more recently shown arguing with each other during Movie Night including Nicole calling Ciaran childish.

Love Island Final pencilled in to take place towards the end of the month

We're still unclear around when this year's Love Island Final will take place but if the series lasts for the same length as previous seasons then we should see it end later this month.

Monday 29th July is the current date that is provisionally pencilled in for the Love Island final with last year's also taking place on the last Monday of the month on July 31st.

If 29th July is the Final date it's superb news for Love Island watchers who still have just under three weeks worth of drama left to watch on ITV2 and ITVX.

Love Island airs at 9pm Sunday to Friday, with a highlights show every Saturday night which shows the unseen bits.
