Reports in Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport say that Juventus have met with Manchester City's representatives in regards to a move for the player.

The latest betting odds now say there's a 33% chance that Phillips moves to Juventus in January with the Italian side clear favourites to sign the player.

Newcastle are the favourite destination if he was to stay in the Premier League

Kalvin Phillips may decide that he wants to stay in the Premier League rather than a Serie A move with Newcastle currently 5/1 to sign the player.

The Toon have a gap to fill in their midfield with Sandro Tonali suspended until next season due to betting offences and it may be that Phillips fills the vacant role.
