Betting specials now look at the title of the next James Bond movie with a look at what words may feature in the film's title

Bookies are now offering further specials on the upcoming James Bond movie with a look at what the 26th film in the famous franchise could be called with a new market looking at potential words in the title.

Bond 26 is going to be highly anticipated with British actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson reported to be the latest actor to play the iconic character following Daniel Craig's departure from the role.

Despite a production insider later saying that there were "no truth in the rumours" of Taylor-Johnson being chosen as the next Bond actor, bookmakers have now pulled the market for the next James Bond.

Specials are still available for the franchise with one of the markets looking at words that we may see in the title of the next film with 'Die' the current favourite as it's the most common word featured in Bond titles.

Die has been seen in four different Bond films, 'Live and Let Die', 'Tomorrow Never Dies', 'Die Another Day' and 'No Time To Die' and the latest betting odds say there's a 2/1 chance we see it in the title of Bond 26.

British director Christopher Nolan remains the bookies favourite to be the next director of the upcoming James Bond film with various rumours and hints of him being the man chosen to direct the 26th movie.

Nolan has said in the past that the influence the James Bond movies have had on his filmography is "embarrassingly apparent" and spoke highly of the franchise to the Happy Sad Confused podcast.

Fresh off winning Best Director at the Oscars for Oppenheimer, Nolan may now decide to turn his attentions to directing Bond movies with producers likely to want him to direct more than one.
