Richard Coles has been a massive market mover to win I'm A Celebrity this week
This year's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! continues this week and it's Reverend Richard Coles who has made an eye-catching move in the latest betting market with UK Betting Sites slashing his odds from 40/1 into just 4/1 to win the show this season.
Betting sites have been offering odds on the winner of this year's I'm A Celeb with OLBG reporting earlier this week that Coleen Rooney was the biggest market mover but at the time Coles was nowhere to be seen in the betting market.
Since then though Coles has had many viewers speaking highly of him due to his sensitive comments throughout the week where he's had a number of touching moments with other campmates.
Recently a comment post from The Independent described Coles as the "loveliest I'm A Celebrity contestant ever" and this has now seen his odds shorten massively into second favourite.
William Hill's latest market puts him at 4/1 behind Danny Jones to win with the latest odds giving an implied probability of 20% that he is crowned King of the Jungle this year.
I'm A Celebrity Winner | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Danny Jones | 4/7 | 63.6% |
Richard Coles | 5/1 | 16.7% |
Coleen Rooney | 7/1 | 12.5% |
Maura Higgins | 8/1 | 11.1% |
GK Barry | 14/1 | 6.7% |
Alan Halsall | 25/1 | 3.8% |
What the expert says...
Danny Jones still tops the betting market to win the show at 4/7
McFly singer Danny Jones remains the clear favourite to win this year's I'm A Celeb with bookies keeping him at the top of the market since before the show even got underway.
Jones was instantly placed as favourite when the celebrities were initially announced and that hasn't changed with his popularity rising further and odds shortening since the beginning.
Jones' McFly bandmate Dougie Poynter won I'm A Celeb back in 2011 and it looks increasingly likely that he will be followed as winner by Danny at the end of this year's show.

Latest market suggests Jane Moore will be the first celebrity eliminated from I'm A Celeb
Betting odds are yet to be offered on the first elimination on this year's I'm A Celeb but judging by the latest winner odds we can get a clear picture of who could leave first.
Loose Woman Jane Moore is the 250/1 outsider to win this year's I'm A Celeb which would suggest that she is the favourite to leave the show first this year.
Melvin Odoom (80/1) and Dean McCullough (66/1) are also around the bottom of the betting market and therefore will surely be around the favourites to be eliminated when that market is announced.
