Betting odds sit at 9/1 for Donald Trump to be able to run for a third term

US Political odds have been extremely popular across the past month following the US Presidential Election and further betting specials are now being offered on what the future holds for President Donald Trump.

Trump will officially take charge for a second time in January, with his second inauguration held on 20 January 2025 with an 11 week gap between the election and taking over.

The US Constitution's 22nd Amendment says that a president can not hold office for more than two terms which means that 2028 will be the end of Trump's time as President.

Trump will be 82-years-old by the end of that second term and the latest betting odds say there's just a 10% chance that the 22nd Amendment will be repealed or the Supreme Court reinterprets that Amendment.

Trump beat Kamala Harris at the polls to be voted in for second term

Donald Trump's latest election victory was one of the most dominant we've seen with all seven swing states won by Trump against his rival Kamala Harris.

Democratic candidate Harris will have been hopeful of a tighter battle at the polls but eventually lost out to Trump in unprecedented fashion.

With just under 77m votes, Trump won the popular vote and scored around 3m more votes than Harris.
