David Tennant has returned as the Doctor but in a shock twist he is officially the Fourteenth Doctor after regenerating into the form of Tennant's original Tenth Doctor once again.
Tennant has returned for the show's 60th anniversary specials with Gatwa expected to take over in December with his first full show likely to air on Christmas Day.
