Hollywood actor Ryan Gosling is reportedly going to appear in the new series of Doctor Who and bookies are offering odds on who he will play in the show.

Reports earlier this month from The Sun say that Gosling was excited to meet the new Doctor Ncuti Gatwa while filming the blockbuster film Barbie.

This led to show bosses looking to sign-up Gosling for the show and it's expected that he will star in the new series set to air next year to a global audience on Disney+ as well as on BBC here.

Betway have Gosling as favourite to play an Auton in the series with the betting market suggesting there's a 33% chance that he does so.

Interesting name in the market is for him to play Davros

Davros is a massive character in Doctor Who with him being the leader of one of Doctor Who's biggest enemies the Daleks with their 'exterminate' catchphrase popular on the show.
