Hugh Grant reportedly in talks for role as The Doctor in famous BBC series
Hugh Grant has reportedly been in talks with producers to take over as the next Doctor Who in Series 14 of the famous show.
Grant, 61, isn't high up in the betting market though for the next Doctor, with odds of 12/1 making him 9th favourite.
David Tennant remains favourite to come back as the Doctor after leaving the role back in 2010.

Sheen has spoke out about the role in as recently as December last year, saying he is "incredibly flattered" to be linked with the famous role.

Other female actor's feature in the betting market to take over from Whittaker's role, so it could be that she is replaced by another woman.

David Tennant remains the favourite in the betting market to be the next Dr Who in the famous BBC series.
Tennant has played the Doctor before and was the Tenth Doctor in the series, starring in the role from 2005-2010.
That made him the longest Doctor since the series was relaunched in 2005 and he took over from Christopher Eccleston in the role.
At odds of 4/6, bookmakers make it odds on that he returns to his role as the Doctor once again.
That gives him a 60% chance of him being the Doctor again and one that will be welcomed by Who fans all over the world.
